YOUTH FILM SHOWCASE: CULTURES OF PEACE

Saturday, November 17th @ 11 a.m.
From small gestures of kindness to heroic acts of survival and healing after
the atrocities of war and genocide, this showcase will sample and celebrate
peace-minded short videos by local youth 18 and under. There will also be an
opportunity for audience discussion with the young filmmakers.
This showcase has been curated by the Peace Art Film Collective, a partnership
between University of Massachusetts Communication students and the UMass Asian
Arts and Culture Program.
